Refund Policy

Refunds, Missed Coaching Appointments & Coaching Appointment Formats:

Please let your coach know with 48 hours' notice if you do need to cancel and rearrange an appointment. You can do this by emailing debi.mason@outlook.com.

You are required to forfeit or pay for appointments which are missed or cancelled, with less than 48 hours’ notice, within the sole discretion of the coach. If the appointment is part of a package the percentage will be charged, or the appointment forfeited.

Refunds are not permitted once work has commenced, for special circumstances (i.e. GP note), your process may be paused, or partial refunds may be provided at the coaches’ discretion.

Working on Skype, Zoom, Phone & FaceTime it is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for all Skype, Zoom and FaceTime sessions. You will be charged for scheduled sessions if your consultant is waiting for your call, but you are unable to connect online.

Refund for an online coaching programme, course, talk or workshop:

Once you have paid for an online course, you will have immediate access to your portal. Due to the nature of the e- downloadable product, we do not issue refunds at any time for any reason.

I’ve changed my mind about an online coaching programme, course, talk or workshop:

You have the right to cancel a course within 14 days, however, this assumes that you have not accessed the course material on the course website. In other words, you can cancel a course (and get a full refund) within 14 days, provided that you have not accessed the course material yet.

If you have accessed the course material on the website within the 14-day period, then the following rules apply.

You will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that was provided to you up to the point you cancel. The e- downloadable content can be charged up to 90% of the total value of the course.

Consumer rights when purchasing digital content:

In the unlikely event that our e- downloadable is faulty, we will offer a refund or replace the e - downloadable file. Please note that you need an up-to-date pdf reader to view our pdf files.
